Virtual Office Hours

Get real-time answers to your questions during the grant application window by participating in our virtual office hours.  During the grant application window, the St. Clare Foundation Executive Director holds weekly, standing virtual office hours for any prospective applicants to join. For those who cannot attend the virtual office hours, 1:1 appointments may be scheduled as well.

Details on the 2027 virtual office hours and how to access them will be provided soon!

Grant Application Scoring Rubric

The St. Clare Foundation makes the grant application scoring rubric available for applicants to use as a resource in writing their application. This scoring rubric is the tool that our Grant Review Committee uses to score each application.  We believe that sharing this tool helps applicants strengthen their application.

The scoring rubric will be made available, along with the other applicant resources, when the grant application window opens.
