Reporting Requirements

Note: The 2027 grant application cycle will open in late 2026. Check back periodically for updates. For the timeliest grant application cycle updates, join our mailing list and be sure to designate 'grant information' on your submission form.

Grant Awardee Reporting Requirements

The St. Clare Foundation’s reporting requirements are designed to support accountability, transparency, and continuous learning as we work toward our shared mission of improving behavioral health outcomes for children and adolescents. We view reporting not simply as a compliance obligation, but as an opportunity for grant partners to reflect on progress, share successes and challenges, identify emerging needs, and demonstrate the impact of their work. Through ongoing communication and collaboration, SCF seeks to foster a partnership approach that supports responsible stewardship of grant funds while allowing programs to learn, adapt, and respond to the evolving needs of our communities.

Written Progress Reports

To ensure transparency, accountability, and effective stewardship of grant funds, all grant recipients are required to submit quarterly written reports throughout the duration of their funding, as well as a final written report at the end of their grant period.  These reports are designed to track progress and measure impact. Click the button below for more information on what goes into these reports.

Monthly Check-In Calls

In addition to the written reports, monthly check-in calls will be required to stay connected and provide support where needed. The St. Clare Foundation views grant awardees as vital partners and collaborators, so these brief, monthly check-in calls help us build partnerships with grant awardees, work through implementation challenges collaboratively, and strengthen our ability to convene critical resources in the community.
