Our Work

Convener

Building Connections & Strengthening Communities

The St. Clare Foundation believes collaboration is essential to improving behavioral health outcomes for children and adolescents. As a convener, we bring together community organizations, service providers, and other stakeholders to foster meaningful connections, encourage information-sharing, and identify opportunities to address unmet needs across our region.

By creating space for conversation and collaboration, we help partners learn from one another, explore shared challenges, and recognize opportunities to strengthen the network of resources available to youth and families. We believe that when organizations work together, they can build on one another’s strengths, reduce gaps in support, and develop more coordinated responses to community needs.

Our role as a convener reflects our commitment to a more connected and collaborative regional behavioral health landscape — one where organizations are equipped to work together and every child and family has greater access to the support they need to thrive.

Creating Space for Collaboration

Meaningful collaboration starts with relationships. Through community gatherings, partner meetings, and opportunities for cross-sector engagement, the St. Clare Foundation works to strengthen connections among those who share a commitment to youth and adolescent behavioral health. By bringing diverse perspectives to the table, we aim to encourage shared learning, surface emerging needs, and support collective action toward lasting community impact.

Let's Collaborate!

If your organization is working to improve youth and adolescent behavioral health, we welcome the opportunity to connect. Share an emerging community need, suggest a topic for future discussion, or explore opportunities to collaborate with SCF and other regional partners.

Together, we can strengthen relationships, bridge gaps, and build a more connected system of support for children, adolescents, and families.
